Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Todomi iOS app and related services. By creating an account or using Todomi, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly through support if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You may use Todomi for lawful personal and business task management. You may not abuse the service, access another person's account, interfere with security or availability, reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited by law, distribute malware, or use Todomi to violate rights or laws.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you enter. You grant Todomi a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and back up that content only as needed to provide and protect the service. You are responsible for content you add and for keeping your own appropriate exports or backups.

Subscriptions and purchases

Optional paid plans are purchased through Apple and are subject to the price, billing period, trial terms, and renewal information shown before confirmation. Apple manages billing, cancellation, and refunds under its policies. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Restoring purchases requires the Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Service changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide reasonable notice when a material change affects paid functionality, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Termination

You may stop using Todomi and delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, fraud, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Todomi is provided "as is" and "as available." Todomi is a planning tool and is not a substitute for professional, emergency, medical, legal, or financial advice. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law; consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will revise the effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required. Questions can be submitted through the Todomi support page.
